This process forced me to rethink how I’ve been treating myself both physically and emotionally. I finished the program feeling more in control, energetic, optimistic, centred and refreshed. I have a whole new appreciation of what I am capable of.

It was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever done! I will repeat it for sure! Every single detail is super well taken care of by Emily. She has incredible knowledge and love for what she does and I was so confident and trusted her because she is a master in what she does! The fasting days were amazing, with no cravings at all! I really feel lighter, clean and happy. I left like a new person! Looking forward to the next retreat!!

This was my first guided detox experience and an experience more precious than I could have imagined. It is a mystery to me how Emily could create a program, so gentle, so beautiful and so delicious - and still, let us gain all the benefits that we would from a much longer and harsher thorough Panchakarma. And yet it is not a mystery. Emily’s deep knowledge, intentional yet intuitive guidance and refreshing, non-dogmatic, attitude are extraordinary. It was a delight in, and for, every sense to be guided by her in an atmosphere and environment that supported all we had come for.

I had heard that Emily's retreats are very organised, but nothing prepared me for the wonderful reality. I feel blessed to have found myself in her hands. The love that Emily puts into every aspect of the retreat is evident in all the details. Each meal or juice was divine. I feel lighter and less bloated. I have more energy and my skin and hair feel brighter. It was also a good reset to go to bed early and read. I left feeling so much better and inspired to continue her Amaveda way.

A deeply nourishing, empowering and life-changing immersion into the world of food as medicine. Emily, the most kind-hearted and knowledgeable down to Earth medicine woman guided us on a beautiful journey of transformation.

Another impact I need to mention, I name it trust. Trust in the choices I’ve always made on a subconscious level - but until now so easily neglected. Trust that I will be a better human being, for everyone and everything, not only for myself, when I follow the path that keeps me in balance. Trust in my own inner voice that now successfully seems to have silenced the other me, the one that bargained and traded me into shortcuts; made me rush for work instead of doing morning yoga, made me replace a meal with a bad-tasting coffee instead of preparing a good lunch with care and joy, made me scroll just a little bit more instead of playing the piano, made me say yes to a social instead of going out in the woods. And so on. Now all the “insteads” have become self-evident priorities. And the other voice seems to have no chance, finally retired after too many years on duty.

It was an absolutely terrific culinary journey by Emily, who managed to surprise us every single day with beautiful Ayurvedic gems of fragrance and colour! I felt guided and safe to follow her lead in this amazing journey of detox. I feel lighter everywhere, I am seeing things clearly and more transparent. I'm so grateful for the cleanliness and pureness of my body.

The information Emily has acquired about healing modalities, the human body, detox and well- so much more- is invaluable. She shares it with humour in a non-dogmatic manner that is easy to take in. There is an immense amount of knowledge and love behind every detail of this program. The relationship you form with yourself during it goes way beyond the length of the retreat. Actually, I’m very disappointed. I was preparing myself for a week of suffering, hunger, headaches and cravings. Of course I’m joking! What I what I mean to say is that I feel so blessed to have had you as my first guide into an Ayurvedic detox program. It was kind, nourishing, healthy and full of taste and new flavours. I felt spoiled to be honest, thank you for sharing your wisdom, you are so inspiring.
